Exchanges and Returns Policy

You may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your package. To qualify, items must be:

• Unused with no signs of wear (including but not limited to make-up or deodorant stains)
• In their original packaging with all tags attached

All returned items undergo thorough inspection. If a return is not accepted, we will not be able to ship the item(s) back to you, nor will the original shipping cost be refunded.

A mandatory $8 handling fee applies to all returns and exchanges. By opting in to the Offset option at checkout and paying an initial $3 fee, you can avoid this handling fee if you return or exchange your items. If you return for store credit, $8 will be added to your balance to cover the handling fee.

Refunds

Refunds can be issued either through the original form of payment or as store credit.

Hype and Vice is not responsible for any non-Hype and Vice items or final sale items mistakenly returned. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
